Plenty of work to do if you enjoy setting your own objectives Immediate team works well together for a common goal Serious commitment from management on work life balance

Cons

Working with groups outside my immediate team can be painful and costly. There is very little coordination between teams even with all the software life cycle management tools at our hands. Concern that fellow co-workers will be lost because they no longer fit into the inclusion model and/or due to off-shoring

Cons

3 days per week in-office, even when it makes no sense. You could be working with a team based in one part of the world and expected to go to the office to collaborate with them.
