Disclaimer: These are my personal views with 3 years of exp. I gave better rating because I fed my family with this employment. Otherwise it doesn't deserve, no respect for loyal employees. It was initially very good and thought of retiring, but got to know the reality as the time progressed. Technical: If you work on ECM, it is the end of the career, believe me before you regret. All proprietary languages and no way to upskill. Freshers in this ECM projects have no scope to learn leading technologies, period. They find it impossible to escape from this trap with each passing year, be wise when you choose. Developers are expected to work on everything, squeezing them to death. Politics: Let's not talk about it. You will learn and contest in general elections with this experience. Management: Lower level management has no guts to resist upper management's foolish decisions. Micro management, they create tasks to track your work every hour. It is not practically not possible to show your work on hourly basis because seniors and leads work on various investigations, please use your common sense if available.
