Work life balance Time flexibility Follows agile I am working on microservice based product so lots of learning Job security Can utilize 60k for self training every year Gym reimbursement upto 12k per year

Cons

Cafeteria food is not good No company cabs, although there is pickpup and drop facility from and to metro station No retention policy if you resign nobody will stop you No other benefits, once a year outing Many other products are monolithic so less learning curve
