For a company with so many acquired products, there is a serious lack of cross-training, or training at all for that matter. Management wants you to stay focused on what you used to do before being acquired.
CEO loves talking but does not say much. A lot of generic comments on IT and its evolution and how fast OT grows by acquiring others, but no sense of direction or purpose. No real strategy other than growing by buying others. I like the fact he voices his opinion when he thinks something is not fair (political decisions in some countries etc)
As with many other IT companies, periodic layouts are a constant. They are making some redundant while at the same time they hire others. I guess someone decided this keeps shareholders happy, but does not help staff to feel very commited to the cause.
