      OpenText is a progressive company with strong growth that will not overwork you.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth - the IT department is very segmented and structured; if you aren't in a role to do more advanced administration, you're not going to learn. Repetitive and unchallenging work.

      Great environment , benefits are very good, teams works very well together. management works very hard to improve processes and responsibilities.

      Cons

      VERY BUSY! could use a coop in each large office at least one a year for 3 month term.
