Pros

Great work ethics Good management Greate work-life balance

Cons

Sometimes the performance review cycle gets postponed here and there. But we get a good hike after that. So nothing much to complain. Technology wise, we are not on the latest stack of technology. But I would take it as an opportunity to learn and migrate existing products to a newer tech stack.

Pros

Deep pockets, lateral movement available, easy wfh.

Cons

Expectations are not clearly communicated, and many of the higher ups don’t handle stress well and tend to take it out on their subordinates.
