- Good benefits - Depending on the department you are in, the work can be challenging and engaging.

Cons

A lot of middle management lack of communication from my experience. A lot was spoken but nothing substantive would actually be said for months on in even when there were reasonable concerns coming from below. (My experience from the department I was in. It does not reflect the entire company]

- Measly gym membership reimbursement

Cons

- Communications from C suite was consistently terrible disingenuous nonsense - Could not seek pay review without C suite approval - Pay is bad - No sense of job security, their business model is to buy companies and try to work out ways to farm out development to India - All infrastructure designed for Sales, they do not like software developers, they do not make good software - Mark Barrenechea comes across as completely disconnected from the real world. Everything is buzzwords to impress shareholders, no substance - Tried to ram AI into every product whether it was a good idea to or not - they don't care about making a good product, just impressing investors
