Pros

Very good benefits and salary, can't complain on that. The company has a lot of money, at least for now, so you know you won't get those lame 'we don't have resources' excuse.

Cons

Awful work environment. People don't really talk or interact, nobody gets to know each other. There are clicks as well, so you need to always agree with those in a favourable position otherwise you will be set aside and left in the dark. Plus, the company always buys other companies, that's all they do. So there are 200 office all over the globe, you can imagine how easy that must be to manage.
