Freedom in work, open to share ideas, thought process, solving complex issues. Friendly team mates, encouraging managers. Gives free udemy licenses to explore new technologies. Salary hikes are good compared to service based companies. Work life balance is sort of not easy in my current project.

Cons

My project has business scope but not having much scope for Dev team. Many of the key things will be sidelined sometimes during every release
