Pros

1. Products use updated technologies 2. Work life balance is great especially in Professional services team 3. WFH 4. Gym allowance 5. No variable pay everything is fixed

Cons

1. Dynamic appraisal period. Changes mostly every year which leads in loosing the hike amount. 2. Dynamic organization structure. Senior Software becomes Software Engineers, Software Engineer becomes Associates. 3. WFH in Engineering team is challenging.

Management will not help you grow. Lots of management politics Job is not secure. Every year, compnay fired people if company is not able to reach targets
