Good work life balance and good working environment. Perfect 8-5 office hours.

Cons

Timings could be flexible. Full of school culture. Salary and experience are going parallel which is not even close to salary standards. No appreciation for good work.

Pros

Great benefits: 1) Great pay. 2) Free cab service. 3) Gym fee and educational course reimbursement. 4) Employee friendly environment. 5) lots of opportunities to learn new things. 6) The manager will listen to your innovative ideas to improve the product(at least in my case). 7) Allows you to test your idea.

Cons

1) Food can be improved. 2) Hikes are less.
