Pros

Free cab facility and good tea in cafeteria

Cons

Very less hike,No onsite, No training, Lot of micromanagement. Every year at the corporate kick off the brainless CEO takes potshots at IBM. Even the Magellan is not ready he straight away released it. The development team IN hyderabad of magellan doesn't even know what it does and yet they are challenging watson.I sincerely think there is some personal beef between Mark and IBM . The businnes policy of Opentext is all about acquistion of overlapping domain product without any proper planning. The senior memebers in opentext are incompetent and only indulged in politics

Pros

Quality work even in QA/Testing profiles. Work allows you to explore new technologies.

Cons

Development teams for a product with low sales are treated badly. HR is shrewd, didn't update the employees even on variable pay policy change. Didn't pay the variable pay for a full year even though it is announced during the notice period. Favourable hiring of incompetent managers who are technically dumb.
