Mostly positive experience. Company offers good insurance and vacation/time off plan and allows remote teleworking for many.

Cons

Your job may be in jeopardy if working on older applications with a smaller number of customers. I was restructured out.

Good work life balance, Less or no weekend work, less or no late night calls unless you are a PM or BA, wfh is there but people are expected to be in office most of the times

Cons

Low salary, less hike, no day time cabs, no free food/snacks
