Great social environment for working with people I like.

Cons

We buy all these companies, go through staff reductions even firing the entire staff of the companies we buy, then sell out support to India. OT is an asset management company and not a software company. Slavish devotion to stock price will eventually destroy this company, or have it sold to another company in a moment of absolute irony.

Cons

It's difficult to have some career progression in the Cork office, as there are only technical support positions available in a technical level for now.
