Pros

My immediate team was a dream. I had a great manager and immediate team. Workload was reasonable and expected...definitely had highs and lows. I fully knew that my manager respected me and valued my thoughts.

Cons

The higher up the management chain, it seemed more detached and out of touch. I think some of it may have been from the former CEO, so I'm hopeful that the environment at those levels has changed for the better.

Pros

25 holidays Sick pay Paid overtime (rare in tech) €2,800 yearly learning budget (real courses, certs, conferences) Proper maternity/paternity leave Free coffee, fruit, as if it would matter to anyone Gym reimbursement Managers who actually care will fight for you if you lucky to get one CEO updated, hope OT will be shifting back to normal.

Cons

Salary frozen at 2% yearly – after inflation & tax I’m left with €100 for the month. Zero market adjustment, zero monthly review. You’re always 20–35% behind Dublin rates. No remote work – office 3 days, even though CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and half the industry are 100% remote. Internal moves impossible – can’t switch teams or countries without quitting and re-applying. To progress you have to quit OT and jump back to a role you want. No internal growth. All internal positions are filled in with external candidates so I don't even try anymore. Teams still tied to desks while competitors hire globally and fully remotely. Constant fear of layoffs is true story here as no one feels safe and secure.

Pros

My colleagues were nice to work with

Cons

Where do I start? This company is an absolute joke. The management is shocking, the process is also terrible and if you truly care about your mental health you will not join. Even the commission structure is set out to not award people who work well (if the company do not hit their number you automatically lose 30% of your comms) My manager bullied me every day and eventually I had to leave, when I brought this up to people in other departments it turned out my manager had does this to others in the past but was protected by the higher ups. Seriously, don’t waste your energy on this horrendous company.

Pros

Good products and services, good salary, and good benefits.

Cons

Too many layers of management, each demanding their own detailed reports — so you end up spending more time buried in Salesforce, building reports, and sitting in meetings about those reports than actually doing your job. There’s also a heavy “CYA” culture that trickles down from leadership, putting unnecessary stress on reps and leaving little time for real productivity. On top of that, the CEO seems to announce massive layoffs every six months, brushing them off as mere “staff adjustments,” which keeps everyone constantly looking over their shoulder.

Pros

you can learn top notch low level politics and how to micromanage good people and destroy potential. Some experienced incompetent folks who were there in company for 15+years roam whole day at others' desk and get managers' trust due to favoritism.

Cons

Extreme low level politics-huge favoritism to only local regional people group from TN, Andhra,Telengana,Karnataka and clear bias against engineers from non-southern states. Promotion and substantial hikes given only to puppets saying yes to everything and belonging to local regional communities. Top level micromanagement in almost everything, most managers lack technical depth or maturity and surviving on favoritism. Documentum product leadership is as clueless as noobs and waiting to retire from this company.Layoff happens every few months with/without anouncing. Product has no new customer base growing and leadership says that's the strategy of business. Employees are being put into PIP and being forced to resign or being exploited to toxic politics and mental torture, so good people are leaving voluntarily.Hiring too much interns as they want senior folks to layoff more often. Frequent firing, blame game is top notch by managers. Engineers who got promotion previous are being put into PIP as product is in stage of sinking.People should be very cautious while joining this company
