Great work culture, every one is friendly and no restrictions on timings and manager understands your situation. (Totally Depends on which team you are.)

Cons

SOME TLs and Managers do not know nothing about Tech and yet they are thinking that they can lead a huge project and take it out on juniors. IT department is not so friendly.
