Friendly environment , colleagues are cool !!

They are giving target to achieve to every team every month .. target in terms of money !! Can you believe this ? Software company force to their employee to collect money every month .. if your team failed to achieve that target set then you are bad performer even if you are good technical skill and knowledge. That's doesn't matter. I call this company as only money collector company , no real software building here .. You can't learn out of scope .. all you can do is client project in timeline with patches. so basically you can't explore yourself.
