Pros

- Light environment. - People working here are nice and friendly. - Favourable environment for learning new and different things, you get involvement in every phase from development to deployment.

Cons

- Poor HR policies. - Quantity is preferred over quality, stability of software is neglected. - Very less employee benefits are given, extra co-circular activities and festivals are rarely celebrated.
