- No increments - No appreciation even if you are working on multiple projects and doing good. - Not a single employee benefits. - Most of employees are leaving due to no hikes. - All the senior & good & knowledgeable employees left the company. Now only freshers and less experienced employees are there.

- laid off people after retaining them - unstructured team and no use of any project management tool - you can work on 10 items a day and still be counted as overpaid and laid off - recognitions are just a myth and only happens when they are hiring
