The micromanagement and daycare-like environment is exhausting. The three-times-a-month one-on-one "coaching" sessions are not coaching at all—they feel more like nitpicking. The constant criticism, unnecessary constraints, negativity, and inconsistencies create an unhealthy and unbearable work environment. It drains the energy and motivation out of employees.

Low pay, management doesn't know what they're doing, harping about the "value" we bring to the client organizations without recognizing that same value when reviews come around; the workers are constantly being asked to go above and beyond but only get token "COL" increases that don't actually cover the increase in costs.
