Pros

- helping families and children in need - they help pay for school -Truly impacting work - Helping awesome kids who deserve the best!

Cons

- no summer break or week off for winter break. Only a few days - not enough sick days - teachers burn out very quickly because the work is tedious and exhausting because there is not enough support - there is training but not enough for kind of work we will be doing - school says it has therapy programs but they do not have enough therapists. Teachers are expected to fill in holes and are sometimes to blame. - many behavioral issues related to home life for students. They come to school because they have therapy and support but they do not have enough for all students - very stressful - unorganized - volunteers are helpful but they come in and out of the classroom daily and disrupt class and make behaviors with students difficult - hard to establish routine with ongoing changes in classroom - parents come and leave as they wish and disrupt learning

Pros

Working with kids who deserve love

Cons

Lack of care and true guidance for the children who are in underprivileged circumstances. Center uses funds from donors elsewhere. Falsifies grants that they intend to use. Kids eat prison like food.
