      Pros

      Raises each year, more pay for more education, paid education advancement, free lunch, opportunities to make more money for going to trainings, PTO, very cheap and good health insurance

      Cons

      Kids are a bit crazy, supervisor may be annoying depending on who you get, CEO is very opinionated, management listens to complaints but rarely does anything about it

      Very diverse role, with anything and everything technology wise to work with and troubleshoot. People here really appreciate all I am able to help them with.

      Hours can be longer than 40, as I work to help meet the needs of the organization.
