Pros
The work environment at Opsview is incredibly healthy. I came from an extremely toxic work environment before I started working here so I noticed this immediately. Managers don’t rule through fear and intimidation. They lead by example and are fine with questions and even suggestions. It’s the healthiest work environment I had experienced to date when I worked there.
Cons
The only downside was how hard it was to move up because it felt like everyone was vying for the same promotions.
