Pros

The office was beautiful, we often had fun company-wide events, people treated each other with utmost respect, and pay was spectacular. I sometimes wish I’d never left this company if I’m being completely honest.

Cons

The management team was a tad overbearing at the start. However they eased off once I proved that I was able to properly complete my tasks independently. Overall I found them to be well-intentioned people with high standards, which isn’t a bad thing in my book.

Pros

- Competitive pay and benefits - Annual company party in Reading, UK

Cons

- no action taken for long time, stubborn employees harassing and being rude to other employees despite multiple complaints - mid level managers were terrible, drove out people - dying product with focus on wrong innovation

Pros

Monitoring is a field that is both complex and ever-growing and working for Opsview means that you get to experience developing, supporting, and building non-trivial solutions across a range of technologies and skills. There is lots to learn and there are many opportunities to develop one's skill set. The people are also great to work with and you will undoubtedly become friends with your colleagues.

Cons

The time zone difference between the UK and US offices can make communication a challenge at times.
