Pros

Genuinely empathic culture, strong values and receptive management committed to business transformation Competitive salaries and great package Great office environment Next release provides exciting opportunities for future innovation Numerous 'boomerang' hires - returned to work at Opsview a second time - - including myself Friendly, family atmosphere Profitable, well run business

Cons

Has been quite conservative in the past - this is changing The transition from a open source platform to a commercial licensed, enterprise-grade ITIM system was hard, but the right decision for the business. Reading is not everyone's cup of tea but flexible working is now more common.
