Pros
NaturChem provides a family atmosphere unlike anywhere else I’ve ever worked. Honestly from the top down Management cares about their employees and that’s very rare compared to other companies. I can truly say it’s been the best company I’ve ever had the privilege of working for. I’ve been here twelve years and have learned a ton of stuff I never would have anywhere else.
Cons
As any job there are ups and downs but I’d say the cons of working at NaturChem are the traveling, we go where the jobs lead us so we stay out of town somewhat but nowhere as much as other companies I’ve heard of, that’s the only con I can think of.
