Pros

They were really big on leadership development. Not just becoming a good employee but becoming a good man overall. They really valued that and my wife really liked that affect on me as well. lol. If you're a quick learner, a go getter, and easy to get along with then the possibilities for growth are limitless. Overall, I really miss those guys.

Cons

Honestly, I would still be working there if we didn't have to move back up north to be closer to my wife's family.

Pros

NaturChem is an awesome place to work. They treat their employees well and genuinely care for them. They give their employees freedom to do their job and they pay well. The company is growing very fast and there are many opportunities for advancement. If you get an opportunity to work for NaturChem, I would jump on it. You will not regret it. I would not listen to bad reviews from people that no longer work here for a reason.

A 2 week vacation at Christmas, also the true moto is if you dont like your gm wait a year and get a new gm

Very poor management, Deceitful bosses,no raises and to many cheifs not enough Indians
