mandatory 50 hours and out of town work. some time will work with school schedule.

Cons

bad management. poor pay long weeks and weeks with no work will make you do illegal practices like burying trash at a site instead of hauling it off. will loss contracts and get laid off due to managements incompetence. blatant and unchecked racism. not even edgy joke kind and more of will run you off. I have not received a raise in two years

There's work to do? Somewhat was with our towers contract, and other contracts but slowly starting to lose contracts

Cons

40-50 hours max which is rare, hard to make a living, but the work is easy once you get used to it, also if you're not white do not think about moving up, corporate is just full of white man running the show
