Got a job through them. I really like the job, just do not like working through Opti!

Cons

They do not pay by direct deposit. Payroll dept does NOT make sure the checks are in the mail before leaving for holiday! Payroll check RARELY makes it by Sat, when it is put in the mail, if you do not pick it up! They do NOT do anything to assure you get your pay on time! It is never their fault, always the post office or someone else's fault.

Co-workers and immediate managers work hard and have fun.

Cons

Upper management plays favorites and only cares about their own financial growth. Commission stated during interviews is grossly inflated.

I was able to get recruiting experience right out of college.

Cons

There seemed to be a lack of trust amongst coworkers making it a very toxic work environment. The commission structure was terrible and nobody seemed to stay long enough to even reach the commission. Also, the micromanagement was terrible. We were all salaried employees and we had to clock in and out.
