Cool programs and technology; a lot of recent success and a culture of winning. Small company feel with a lot going on. It’s obvious that whoever wrote some of the negative reviews has not worked here in a long time.
Cons
Because of its small size and recent growth, employees have a lot on their plates - not a lot of down time!
Lots of turnover could create opportunities for advancement except they rarely promote from within
Cons
Extremely poor management. vice Presidents who literally have no experience in their functional areas. CEO who is completely out of touch and unethical. CEO is not Jeoron Cammeraat, is Joe Bogosian
There's no company direction or plan. Management does nothing. Supposedly we're busy, but multiple employees are sitting around with out work to do. Programs are never finished, due to lack of priority or plan. Program managers don't manage programs, so programs have no spec. or schedule. All programs are considered late, before it's even started. General morale is non-existent... Employee's just don't care anymore.
