Pros

The owners really care about their employees as do our immediate supervisors. The people that work here get along very well.

Cons

I pretty much enjoy working here and can't think of anything that bothers me enough to mention it.

Optima is a fast pace and energetic place to work

Pros

Change can happen fast when a problem is presented and action is needed. Working within a beautiful setting also makes for nice working accommodations. I like that it is a smaller company feel, and more personal. That everyone can make an impact and be part of the successes.

Cons

You can't be afraid to ask questions or dive into something. One needs to have initiative and not have to have a manual handed to them on how to do something.

Pros

Fast paced, ownership values employee input, family owned, employee's expected to and encouraged to act like owners, ethical business practices that encourage long lasting relationships both with employees and business partners.

Cons

You need to want to learn and be ready to take on new challenges. Can be stressful and fast paced but it is a very rewarding place to work.
