Pros
Good salary, get a lot of exposure to all aspects of the project including property management, development, marketing, and construction.
Cons
Crazy deadlines, every day seemed like a fire drill. The projects are not organized in an effective way, making a lot of things slip through the cracks and cause problems later in the project. The office environment is pretty sterile and anti-social. Not a lot of diversity in the staff.
