- Leadership is tight-knit and in sync with one another; creating synergy that ripples through the rest of the company - Growth is steady and objectively-based. They are careful to grow in a healthy, organic manner that ties directly to the revenue stream. - The company is adopting the latest and greatest technology platforms (MS Azure for one) which is creating tremendous opportunities for developers. - Friday massages, catered lunches, and a beautiful campus do make a difference in the day-to-day grind.

Cons

- There have been some growing pains as new leadership has set new directions for the company.

Nice work space. Free coffee (that they are super proud of) and drinks. They try to promote a good culture, but leadership being stuck in their ways makes it hard.

Cons

Micro managed. Proprietary software. A good place to start employment, not a long term home for a developer that wants to grow.
