      Volatile, unstable, poor senior management, poor communication, siloed departments that do not communicate or work well with other departments, poor work life balance.

      Actively was trying to improve benefits over the last couple years.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than industry. In some departments there is favoritism towards legacy employees and expecting employees to consistently work long hours. Micromanaging. Also was just recently sold to Black Knight and benefits in most places have been reduced and cost more for employee.
