      Pay is excellent compared to peers Easy Job, 40 hour week of which 10 is actual work

      Cons

      Poor culture and mean spirited management Lack of leadership Lack of strategic direction Everyone hates each other, people complain alllll day long about each other and management Competition is gonna crush em in 2-4 years

      Pros

      Coworkers are generally very friendly Office space is modern, clean, convenient Agile/scrum process is trying to take hold, this gives developers some amount of liberty to build software as they see fit

      Cons

      Communication between teams is very poor, communication between levels of management is disjointed. Recently acquired, prompting many senior employees to leave. Managers are struggling to find fair & accurate performance metrics. Integrating remote employees into tech teams is also a major struggle.

      -Thorough hiring process to hire responsible, talented people so there is no need to micro manage, we all work as a team and rely on each other. -Tremendous growth potential -Products that excite clients (happy clients make for a happy work environment) -Great benefits including massages, group functions that are actually fun

      Cons

      -if you are coming from the mortgage industry, you may be used to making a little more than the starting salary for some of the positions here but for me the improvement of quality of the life and the other benefits balance the reduction of income.
