      Company has potential to be great, poor management

      Pros

      Great software products and employees on the trade desk are great and provide the best customer service.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, no training, sink or swim attitude, no support from management or coworkers. Company does not have a mission statement or vision and values. Management would rather let someone go and replace them instead of working with them.

      Pros

      Scott Happ and his tech leadership team of Matt, Corey, James, and others were great to work with. Sue Baker and others were class acts too.

      Cons

      Geoff Jackson is gone and I regret I never really got a chance to really say goodbye to him when I left Optimal Blue. He added real character to the company as one who just loved coming into the Optimal Blue office as a wise old man. His attitude was pivotal towards me staying as I had several very tempting opportunities that were in front of me when I started there. I've never regretted that I joined Optimal Blue.
