      My manager is great. I like the “chill” aspect of the culture of this company and the work hard/play hard mentality. There is no micro managing which I appreciate. I also really enjoy learning about this stuff so I’m here because I’m genuinely interested in this sector of finance.

      Cons

      There are definitely some “clicks” between the legacy people and the new people that have been hired during the pandemic. It also has a very ‘sink or swim’ mentality and you don’t get a lot of support. You are kind of on your own a lot of the time trying to figure things out unless you bug people and consistently ask for help. This job is not for all personality types.
