Pros

They leave you alone for the most part.

Cons

Not enough incentives or positives notes to want to stay with the company for a long time. Unrealistic expectations with little financial help.this company is going under in no time. They didn’t make any effort to keep the old employees who had been with the company since the beginning and before Optio purchased the pharmacies.

If you’re related to the CEO then everything is good

Cons

The CEO is racist specially towards asian people. She has fired more than half the company and thinks valuing employees or their work life balance is some kind of crime. The management is straight from the 80s and will compare you with their Indian workers who are mistreated as well.
