Upper management continues to change the company to break down each job into its small pieces and have them worked in queues. By doing this, they have made the jobs brainless. In the past, the employees felt they contributed to the success of the individual branch. But the changes have created an atmosphere where no one cares about the whole. Only their tiny piece of the puzzle. Customer service suffers and employees feel no loyalty. Which, I guess is fine because the company does not have any loyalty to the employees either.

Very little training, Overwork strongest employees, horrible management, terrible pay. People are promoted based on who they know, NOT their skillset.
