Option Care Health reviews

The culture is lacking. They are making some improvements, but it isn't up to my standards. Management is always in meetings and issues are put on the back burner, but they expect you to act quickly to their requests. They went digital, (meaning no paper cost), and outsourced one department, but refused to keep my pay the same when moving to days. One bonus in three years. The benefits need a revamp. I did not see the point in using my health insurance due to the deductible, HR gave me trouble when trying to add my spouse to dental and vision after I had already had him on the year prior. They do not contribute much to 401(k) and contribute $0 to an FSA. Also, no maternity leave. I was reduced to 50% of my income for 6 weeks, even though they made me take 8 for the c-section and I was told it was because of my class of employment. So, does someone who makes more and can afford time off get the full pay? And to boot, I was the only one working since my husband is disabled. I truly hope they change things around for the better.
