      First day benefits, annual bonuses, a decent benefits package.

      Cons

      The politics! The pharmacy manager is really cliquey with some people and allows those bonds to cloud her judgment some times. Most of the leadership there was that way. If you weren’t their friend, they couldn’t care less about you. A friend who still works there says she was told by a member of leadership “OptionCare doesn’t care about you. You’re here to make me look good and if you had any other options you’d be there.” Such a shame.
