      Please reconsider joining this company I’ve been here over 10 years and unfortunately I am thinking of leaving due to the simple fact that I’ve been in different departments and in each department I have found the common denominator of no leadership, no communication or clarification of what your responsibilities are let alone the expectations of this company are unreachable so please reconsider
