Home infusion can turn into a quick dumpster fire and pharmacy being blamed for it because of delays with other moving parts (insurance, payment, documentation,etc) of creating an order that other people are assigned to do but ends up on the pharmacist desk to clean up. So pharmacy has less time to actually do their job safely
