      -The work amount fluctuates over time. SO some days, you are busy, and some days your work load slows down. -Some of the people there are amazing - Hours are consistent, and there is no overtime allowed - Great Benefits package, it is a little expensive but worth it

      Cons

      There is favoritism and is harrassment Some people will have to do other peoples work, because it is a one team mindset They discourage doing a good job, because some people are favorites with the leads or the pharamcists Pay raises do not exist here, they will not pay you fairly
