Flexible hours in many positions, decent benefits, good co-workers

Cons

Workload is too high, always understaffed regardless of promises to hire more staff, management of workload is poor and inconsistent, pay is poor for the workload, yearly raises are too low.

The sales reps will demean you, when complained to upper management about how the workload was a lot. No compromise was made and was made to feel as if it’s your fault that you can’t multi task
