Pros

Better pay than most avenues for pharmacy technicians. Consistent schedules. Decent benefits and occasional bonuses. Overtime is approved for closing teams.

Cons

Expected overtime. Fatigue which can lead to worsening neck/back/shoulder pain due to poor posture as well as increase in stress. Poor morale due to many factors such as poor communication, overloading of work, and unappreciated efforts. Work cliques that love to gossip and attitudes that make the place toxic.

A few good staff that haven’t left yet but in time I’m sure they will.

Cons

Their profit hungry mentality is killing the employees and worse causing patient errors! Like others have reported: poor management and leadership with no sympathy or kudos or appreciation. Staff is overworked barking at each other or crying due to stress, having nervous breakdowns! Main focus is money hungry business not patients or employees.
