      Pros

      Some good Coworkers, occasional pizza. Can bring phone in compound room.

      Cons

      Long hours 9+ (longest was 14), working only 8 is frowned upon. management will try gaslighting you, negative work environment, being dehydrated is normal, patient safety NOT prioritized, sterile compounding not preformed correctly. License being at risk. Pay not competitive. Will make you compound even if the AC is out in full PPE. Daily heavy lifting. Management does nothing about underperforming individuals, and will send more work although the team may be drowning.
