it's a paycheck that's about it

NO organization The management and Director are New and dont have a clue what their doing. They praise certain staff only because they need to lean on them for knowledge. Since the merger of the two companies all the staff do is complain. The socializing and lack of urgency to get the work done timely is horrible. People are quitting left and right.

Pros

Helping chronically ill people, and getting people home/ out of the hospital ASAP. Being an infusion nurse is rewarding.

Cons

New management is dangerous. Not accessible or responsive to nurses concerns. Scheduling nurses to infuse multiple/complicated patients in the office without a second staff member present. Scheduling staff is overwhelmed and makes errors inputting orders constantly.
