The services offered to the patients and the patient care.

Cons

First, medical, dental, and vision benefits suck! Second, Revenue Cycle Management and Corporate. The corporate office sends down unrealistic stats and let's the directors and management do whatever they want; they do not have the supervisor and lower staff's back.

Difficult management; ingrown, almost nepotistic, favored inner circle; sometimes nice and easy, other times immature and mean. Never know from day to day which it will be. Difficult working environment.
