Inept management team that have little respect for employees. Terrible PTO policy and horrible benefits package.

The current nurse manager at the Plymouth Meeting office is a bad person. I don't really think she knows what staff nurses actually do in the field. A micromanager, she tries to intimidate staff, threatens write ups daily, does not accept ideas from staff to make work a better place, patient satisfaction at an all time low. Turnover rate since new management took over speaks volumes
